**USE EXTREME CAUTION AT THIS LOCATION**

The buildings on this site have sat for more than 30 years and have been exposed to the elements all the time.

There are numerous structural hazards such as rotten flooring, rusted metal beams, hanging wire/pipe, and more.

Be EXTREMELY careful if venturing into areas under wooden roofing or off of the ground floor in the main plant building.

There are numerous animals and insects such as wasps and bees at this location.

HAZARDS AND CAUTIONS
This is an old industrial site; broken/rusted hardware or structures are common.

The shore of the Willamette River is directly adjacent to the property, esp in the area of the crane.

The site is in plain view of a public walk/bike path.

There are numerous homeless camps and campers active in the immediate area. Needles, broken bottles, and feces are present.

Several confined spaces are present in the area under/around storage silos. STAY OUT OF THEM

Site StautsAs of late 2021, most of the site has been demo’d, except the concrete framework for the structure. There are several tons of dirt piled up in the former parking areas, and the site has been mostly reclaimed by nature.

HAZARDS AND CAUTIONS
There is an active homeless encampment at this location.

Access to the site is via a hole in the fence on the SW corner of the site; hiking down an active rail line is required, as is navigating a significant blackberry bush (via a hole through it).

There are numerous animals and insects such as wasps and bees at this location.
